This is an API for Acta Publica. You need credentials to use it.

1. [Clone the repository]( https://code.visualstudio.com/docs/sourcecontrol/github).
2. Run `cd <path to repository on your computer>` in the terminal.
3. Run `pip install -r requirements.txt` in the terminal.
4. Run the script with `python actapublica.py` or import it with `from actapublica import ActaPublica` into another script.
